Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.

Any free shipping promotions or discounted shipping offers will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your package until it is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
